This policy sets out your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Changing your mind — 14 days
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at support@manndiipuk.shop, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.
Goods must be unworn, unwashed and in a resaleable condition with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, hosiery and socks must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
Who pays return postage
If you are returning goods because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility.
If the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we pay the return postage. Email us first and we will tell you how to send it back.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, and receive a full refund including delivery charges. After 30 days we will repair or replace.
Slight variation in colour, tone or handle between production batches is a characteristic of short-run knitting and is not a fault.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. We refund the price paid for the goods and, where the whole order is cancelled, the standard delivery charge.
