Why does dispatch take 7-14 working days?
We knit to order in short runs rather than holding deep stock. Your order joins the next production run, which is what the 7-14 working days covers.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@manndiipuk.shop as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. Knit stretches, so between sizes go smaller for a close fit, larger for relaxed.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for short-run knitting and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?
See our materials. Each product page also lists the fibre for that style.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide, from the United Kingdom. £11.20 flat rate, free over £150.00.
Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.
How do I track my order?

Returns
How long do I have?
14 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Can I return socks or tights?
Only unopened and in original packaging, for hygiene reasons. Faulty items are always covered.
Care
How should I wash knitwear?
See the care guide. Short version: cool water, no tumble drying, dry flat.
